Should you need to change, tweak or amend your design any time before ordering, no problem.

We’ll update your design and again let you know the exact fixed price, including delivery.

Guarantee #2: Design Guarantee

The second thing you want to be protected against is ordering one thing and getting another. You want EXACTLY what you ordered. That’s where our Design Guarantee comes in.

Your shed will exactly match the design you’ve approved or we’ll re-supply for free.

And with our comprehensive instructions and simplified designs, your builder will find it quick and easy to build your shed.

Guarantee #3: Supply Guarantee

The third risk when building a shed is that the components required for your design aren’t supplied in a timely and accurate manner.

Our Supply Guarantee is our promise to you that the Bill of Materials for your shed will be 100% correct for the shed you ordered. If we miss something out of the Bill of Materials or get a component wrong, we’ll make it right as fast as possible AND give you $500.

In addition, if any component is missing from the initial delivery due to a mistake in the shipping process, we’ll undertake to get everything delivered as soon as possible, at our cost.

"I’m passionate about spending time in my shed. I wanted something that was big enough for me to do everything I need to do with my race cars… and fixing and tinkering with things in general. This project’s been a couple of years in the planning, so I was very excited to see it come to life.I’m very particular about what I want, what I design and what I expect. But I have to say, it’s turned out exactly how I wanted it to. Previously I’d used another shed company, but I wasn’t too thrilled with them. So this time around, I checked out about half a dozen companies and as you might have guessed, I chose Designer Sheds. The initial spiel was, “no two sheds are alike”, which had me hooked. Between the website and the guarantees they offer, I had a lot of confidence that Designer Sheds would be the right team to work with - that turned out to be a good decision. The photos of completed projects were good and I was convinced about the strength and quality of their sheds. Based on my conversations and what I saw and read, I knew their attention to detail was very good. I must admit, I had a few friends raise some concerns that I was dealing with an interstate company. As it turned out, there was no need to worry. Everything generally ran very smoothly. Any time I had an issue or a change of plans, it was never too much trouble for Jason and Dave to help out. Even when problems outside of their control arose, they simply said: “here’s how we fix it” or “here’s how you should modify things” - always without any charge. And that was very, very reassuring. I found the design process very good. I basically sat in my car while we did it. It took a couple of sessions while we got things perfect. I wanted to have enough width to get my racing car and trailer in. They could have done a two-door / one-door which wouldn’t have looked great… and it would have also meant a commercial door, but Jason came back with some recommendations to make the centre more narrow and expand the doors. Not only does that look much better, it also saved me quite a bit of money. It was nice knowing that they were looking out for me. I also appreciated Jason’s suggestion to insulate the ceiling. Apart from looking fantastic, it does the job and I think it was well worth the expense. Likewise, when I wanted to modify how the mezzanine was done, it was no trouble at all. I just shot over a thumbnail drawing and they whipped up the designs. Couldn’t be happier with the end result. A lot of people have stopped out the front of home and asked me who did my shed. It’s great.”
